We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join a rapidly growing fintech organization. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who is passionate about transforming traditional banking practices. As the sole recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing heavily on technical roles. You will work closely with founders and hiring managers to define job requirements and set high standards for candidate selection.
Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates for all open positions, with an emphasis on attracting top-tier technical talent. You will manage both inbound and outbound recruitment pipelines, utilizing job postings, employer branding, direct outreach, and advanced sourcing tools. Additionally, you will assist with light office management and support new hire onboarding logistics.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house settings. A proven track record of hiring software engineers across various technology stacks is essential. The ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and pace is crucial. Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools and strong communication and organizational skills are required.
