Talent Acquisition Lead

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to own recruiting across the business from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working independently and can keep multiple searches moving at once. The focus will be on technical hiring, with responsibility for building candidate pipelines, evaluating applicants, coordinating interviews, and guiding offers through to completion. You will work closely with founders and hiring leaders to clarify role needs, shape hiring plans, and maintain a strong standard for talent. The position involves both inbound and outbound recruiting, including job postings, direct outreach, and use of modern sourcing methods and recruiting tools. You will be expected to manage several open roles at the same time while keeping communication clear and timelines on track. In addition to recruiting, there may be light support for office operations and new hire onboarding. The ideal candidate has several years of full-cycle recruiting experience, has worked with minimal supervision, and can credibly assess technical candidates across different environments. Strong organization, communication, and follow-through are essential. Experience in fast-growing technology or financial services businesses is a plus.
