We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fast-growing fintech company focused on transforming business banking. This role will involve full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and hiring technical talent. As the sole recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to extending offers, while collaborating closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements. In this position, you will handle a mix of inbound and outbound recruitment efforts, actively managing six open roles at a time. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates, as well as supporting onboarding logistics for new hires. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to keep the hiring process moving efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of hiring software engineers across various tech stacks is required, along with the ability to work independently without oversight. Familiarity with AI tools for sourcing and a proactive approach to recruitment are highly desirable.
