Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join a rapidly growing fintech organization. This role is essential in transforming business banking solutions for entrepreneurs and will focus on attracting top talent to support our ambitious growth plans. As the sole recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process independently, from drafting job descriptions to extending offers, with a strong emphasis on technical roles. You will handle six active requisitions simultaneously, utilizing a combination of inbound and outbound sourcing strategies. Collaboration with founders and hiring managers will be key to defining role requirements and ensuring a streamlined hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing for all open positions. - Identify and secure high-caliber technical talent. - Build and oversee inbound and outbound talent pipelines. - Define role requirements in partnership with hiring managers. - Maintain momentum in the hiring process. - Assist with light office management and new hire onboarding logistics. Qualifications: - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in either agency or in-house settings. - Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. - Proven experience in hiring software engineers across various technology stacks. - Comfortable managing multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality or pace. - Proficient in utilizing AI tools for sourcing and recruitment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environments. - Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms. Compensation includes a competitive salary and equity package, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
