Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Coordinator to support a busy HR operations function. In this role, you will coordinate interviews for a high volume of candidates, work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners, and help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from first contact through offer stage. You will also assist with onboarding and orientation activities, support employee lifecycle transactions, and help maintain accurate records, documents, and system updates across HR platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a process-driven approach are important for success. Experience with enterprise HR and recruiting systems is preferred, along with the ability to manage confidential information carefully and consistently. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and is based in Vancouver, with a hybrid schedule requiring regular in-office presence. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team while supporting core recruitment and HR administration activities in a dynamic organization.
