Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a detail-focused Supply Chain Specialist to support purchasing, inventory control, and supplier coordination within a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, in-office role with a Monday to Friday schedule and a starting salary of $50,000, depending on experience. In this position, you will help keep materials moving smoothly from vendors to production by creating and tracking purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. You will review inventory levels, identify purchasing patterns, and recommend improvements that support efficient stock management and cost control. The role also includes sourcing suppliers, comparing options, and helping negotiate pricing and terms to support quality, reliability, and value. You will work closely with teams across production, engineering, finance, and quality to resolve material issues, support production timelines, and assist with sourcing for development projects. Additional responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, supporting process improvements, and researching potential new vendors. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain work, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with ERP or inventory systems, Microsoft Excel, and manufacturing operations is an asset.
