We are seeking a hands-on operations professional to support the day-to-day running of supply chain, logistics, and inventory activities within a growing industrial environment. This role reports to a senior operations leader and is focused on turning plans into reliable execution. You will help keep systems accurate, workflows organized, and cross-functional teams aligned so materials move smoothly through the business. In this position, you will help maintain the ERP system, ensure records are current, and support user adoption. You will coordinate shipments with internal stakeholders and external partners, monitor timing and exceptions, and help resolve delays before they affect operations. The role also includes inventory oversight, with responsibility for keeping stock records accurate and minimizing shortages or mismatches. You will track incoming materials through each stage of the process, maintain clear documentation, and support outbound transfers to downstream partners. In addition, you will assist with production planning by updating schedules, monitoring capacity, and sharing forecasts with commercial teams so they can plan effectively. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in operations or supply chain, is highly organized, comfortable working across teams, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
