Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee purchasing, planning, inventory control, and transportation activities in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you will help keep materials and finished products moving efficiently by coordinating with internal teams and outside partners, balancing supply with demand, and resolving day-to-day issues as they arise. This is a hands-on position that suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for supporting production plans, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials and packaging. The role also includes managing logistics activities, tracking shipment and inventory data, and working closely with operations, packaging, and quality teams to align supply chain activity with business needs. Additional responsibilities include communicating with customers and vendors on inventory status, delivery timing, and order fulfillment, as well as identifying ways to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies. You will also analyze supply chain data to support forecasting, planning, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate has post-secondary education and relevant supply chain or operations experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
