Supply Chain Manager

A leading organization is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to ensure product availability and maintain efficient warehouse operations. This role is crucial for translating business goals into actionable plans and driving execution across logistics and warehouse functions. The Supply Chain Manager will set performance expectations, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and align teams with operational targets to support overall sales objectives. Key responsibilities include managing inventory control and overseeing warehouse loading activities in a high-volume environment, as well as monitoring profit and loss (P&L) for transportation and warehouse functions. The successful candidate will enhance operational capabilities through coaching and continuous improvement initiatives, while also developing team members and fostering a high-performance work culture. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Budget accountability and experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) are advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to implement KPIs and standard operating procedures (SOPs), possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in relevant computer systems and operational tools. The salary range for this position is competitive and includes bonus potential.
