We are seeking a Supervisor for our LTL/FTL Customer Service team to ensure exceptional call handling and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and address customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to customer service representatives, and ensuring that service standards are met. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training new staff, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Candidates should have prior experience in customer service and supervisory roles, with a proven ability to lead a team effectively. Proficiency in English is required.
