Superintendent: Parry Sound

An established construction firm is looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on a sewerage pump station project in a designated location. This position is suited for seasoned construction professionals adept at managing complex sites, leading crews and subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality work in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities include leading daily site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors to maintain productivity, and providing hands-on leadership to field teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sewerage pump station construction, including mechanical, civil, and process systems, and will support planning and execution of shutdowns and complex activities while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Qualifications include a minimum of 10 years of construction experience, particularly in senior foreman or superintendent roles, with a strong background in wastewater treatment plants. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage complex scopes and shutdowns in active facilities are essential. A Red Seal or equivalent trade certification is preferred.
