SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

We are looking for an experienced integration professional to support HR technology projects for enterprise clients. In this role, you will help design and deliver connections between cloud-based HR systems, payroll, time, and on-premise HR platforms. You will work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration scope, and shape technical solutions that fit the overall system landscape. Responsibilities include leading interface design, resolving technical issues, coordinating implementation activities, and supporting testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization. You will also collaborate with distributed delivery teams, provide technical guidance to project members, and help ensure that integrations are built and operated reliably across complex environments. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel depending on client needs. Candidates should be based in Canada and have access to a major airport. Roles may be considered at multiple seniority levels. Requirements include several years of client-facing experience in integration design and delivery, strong knowledge of HR transformation projects, and hands-on work with middleware and API-based integration. You should be comfortable working with common data and web service formats and have experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. French language skills and broader exposure to enterprise SAP and integration technologies are considered assets.
