Strategy & Operations Manager

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will tackle complex challenges across various areas including operations, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships. You will develop and implement innovative solutions aimed at enhancing product quality and driving positive business outcomes. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will help set and ensure operational KPIs are met while building and optimizing scalable processes to support growth. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a high-growth startup, management consulting, or investment banking. You should possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion. A passion for data is essential, along with proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, and Excel to address challenges and improve processes. You should be naturally curious, willing to challenge the status quo, and adept at breaking down complex problems. Experience in an early-stage or rapidly growing startup, particularly in fintech, is a plus.
