Strategy and Operations Lead

We are looking for a hands-on strategy and operations leader to help turn priorities into execution. This role sits at the center of the business, connecting leadership goals with day-to-day delivery across functions. You will help set the operating cadence, keep teams aligned on what matters most, and make sure projects move forward efficiently. In this position, you will own recurring planning and review processes, prepare concise materials that support fast decision-making, and help reduce unnecessary meetings and manual work. You will also improve internal workflows, automate reporting where possible, and step in on special projects that do not have a clear owner. At times, you may support product or feature work when needed. The right person will be comfortable working across strategy, operations, and analytics, with a strong ability to break down complex problems and act on data rather than assumptions. You should be able to work closely with technical teams, understand constraints, and communicate clearly with different parts of the business. Familiarity with SQL and a data-driven approach are important. We are seeking someone with several years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, startup operations, or strategic finance. You should be highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to operate with speed and limited structure. Strong ownership and initiative are essential.
