Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of a retail location. This role is responsible for leading the team, supporting sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth store operations. The successful candidate will create a positive work environment, coach staff, and help drive consistent results across service, merchandising, and operational standards. Key duties include hiring and onboarding team members, setting expectations, conducting performance check-ins, and supporting ongoing development. The Store Manager will also work closely with customers, handle concerns professionally, and help strengthen local business relationships. In addition, this person will manage inventory control, ordering, scheduling, payroll review, pricing, and overall store presentation. A strong focus on safety, policy compliance, and accurate record keeping is essential. The ideal candidate brings solid leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems, stay organized, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced retail environment. Familiarity with standard office software and retail systems is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. This role includes a mix of office work, sales floor presence, and customer-facing responsibilities, with availability needed for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
