Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage a busy store and support a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will spend time on the sales floor, lead by example, and help create a welcoming shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and supports sales growth. You will oversee daily store operations, coach assistant managers and sales staff, and help ensure the team is working toward business goals. Key responsibilities include training and motivating employees, giving ongoing feedback, supporting hiring and retention efforts, and helping resolve performance or policy concerns when needed. You will also work closely with leadership to maintain strong operational standards, execute merchandising directives, and keep the store running smoothly. A hands-on approach and strong focus on customer service are essential. The ideal candidate has several years of retail store management experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Strong communication, leadership, recruiting, and analytical skills are important, along with comfort using common business software and retail point-of-sale systems. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavier items.
