Store Manager- Carrefour Angrignon- (2 Year Contract) We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a retail team in a high-performance sales environment. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer experiences, driving sales, and coaching a team that may include assistant managers, sales leads, and sales associates. You will spend time on the sales floor, support daily operations, and help ensure strong store performance. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, providing product knowledge, coaching team members, giving real-time feedback, supporting hiring and training, and partnering with management and HR to address performance or policy concerns. You will also help ensure visual merchandising standards, operational processes, and talent development goals are met. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of store management experience in a retail sales environment, strong communication and leadership skills, good business and analytical judgment, and experience recruiting, retaining, and developing teams. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work, and available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role also requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50+ pounds.
