Staff Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced product leader to own strategy and roadmap definition for a complex autonomous service used in operational environments. In this role, you will shape the product direction across autonomy features, fleet operations, and the systems needed to evaluate performance and reliability. You will work closely with technical and commercial teams to make sure product plans are grounded in customer needs, operational constraints, and business priorities. A key part of the role is turning high-level goals into clear requirements, milestones, and execution plans. You will partner with engineering and systems teams to break down product needs, define acceptance criteria, support testing and validation, and guide tradeoff decisions for a safety- and mission-critical system. You will also help establish the metrics and data processes used to monitor product health, measure progress, and support continuous improvement. This is a leadership position with responsibility for mentoring product managers, setting best practices, and bringing structure to a growing product organization. You should be comfortable working across multiple functions, communicating with senior stakeholders, and helping teams stay aligned in situations with significant technical complexity and ambiguity. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to influence across the organization.
