Spa Concierge Lead

We are seeking a Spa Concierge Lead to support front-line guest service and help create a welcoming wellness-focused environment. In this role, you will guide day-to-day guest interactions, support team members, and help ensure a smooth and positive experience for visitors. This position calls for strong communication skills, confident leadership, and a customer-first mindset. You should be comfortable working in a hospitality setting and handling a variety of guest needs with professionalism and care. Prior experience in spa, hospitality, customer service, or retail sales is an asset. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and able to work well with others while maintaining high service standards. Experience supporting a team in a guest-facing environment would be beneficial. This is a hybrid position. Compensation has not been specified.
