We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Business Solutions team. This role will involve providing strategic consulting to clients, helping them understand their needs, designing tailored architectures, and implementing solutions as part of various digital transformation projects. The focus will primarily be on document management, collaboration, and information security, requiring a blend of client relationship management, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement with Microsoft 365 solutions in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience, demonstrating advanced autonomy and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong client advisory skills are essential, along with the capacity to challenge clients to accurately identify their technological and organizational needs. The successful candidate should be able to effectively communicate and justify recommendations to clients, thrive in less structured and results-oriented contexts, and be bilingual in French and English. Key expertise required includes organizational transformation and document management, with a strong background in Microsoft 365 document management systems. Familiarity with information structuring, metadata, document lifecycle management, and user experience optimization is crucial. Technical knowledge should encompass advanced Microsoft 365 capabilities, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, as well as information security concepts and compliance. Experience with Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus.
