Social Media Growth Manager

We are looking for a social media growth leader to build and scale audience growth across key social channels. In this role, you will transform editorial content, interviews, events, audio, and expert ideas into channel-specific posts and campaigns that increase visibility, encourage repeat engagement, and bring new people into owned audiences. This position goes beyond day-to-day publishing. You will create repeatable systems for distribution, audience development, paid promotion, partner collaboration, testing new formats, and converting social traffic into subscribers and community members. Your work will focus on reaching the right audience, not just generating impressions, and on turning engagement into longer-term audience relationships. The ideal candidate understands how business professionals engage with content on social platforms and can identify the formats, hooks, and moments that earn attention and sharing. You should be comfortable adapting complex ideas into clear, compelling social assets, building recurring content patterns, and using performance data to decide what to scale or refine. You will work across organic social, paid support, and collaborative amplification to grow a high-quality audience. Strong organization, a practical test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to connect content strategy with measurable growth are essential.
