Site Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on a project in British Columbia. This role is responsible for coordinating site activities so work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will act as the on-site point of contact, support a productive team environment, and help resolve issues that arise in a dynamic construction setting. Key responsibilities include reviewing project scope, contracts, subcontracts, drawings, and specifications; helping develop site plans and schedules; and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project requirements. You will monitor progress, identify changes or additional work, communicate updates to the project manager, and keep schedules current as conditions evolve. The role also includes working closely with safety personnel, sharing relevant information with crews and subcontractors, and supporting compliance with applicable health and safety requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of field operations, good communication skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. This position may involve variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on project needs.
