Site Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on commercial tenant improvement projects in the Greater Vancouver area. This role is responsible for managing the site from early setup through final turnover, with a strong focus on coordinating trades, maintaining the schedule, monitoring safety, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. You will work closely with project management and coordination staff, while serving as the main on-site leader for clients, consultants, and inspectors. Typical responsibilities include organizing site logistics, managing access and material flow, running daily field activity, leading coordination meetings, tracking progress, documenting site conditions, and keeping close attention to quality and closeout items throughout the job. The ideal candidate brings several years of superintendent experience on commercial construction projects and has successfully overseen work from mobilization to completion. Strong familiarity with field reporting, scheduling, and digital construction management tools is preferred, along with the ability to coordinate multiple trades in active, constrained work areas. Experience with multi-unit or mixed-use projects is considered an asset. Applicants should be comfortable representing the company on site, communicate clearly and early when issues arise, and have a practical approach to delivering safe, durable, and well-executed work. A valid driver’s license, eligibility to work in Canada, and availability for in-person site work in the Vancouver region are required.
