Site Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead project-level field operations and ensure the overall success of construction sites. In this role, you will oversee safety, scheduling, quality control, logistics, and subcontractor coordination while collaborating closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and trade partners. You will have the opportunity to proactively lead, solve problems collaboratively, and continuously improve project delivery methods. Key responsibilities include managing all day-to-day site operations from mobilization through turnover, coordinating trade partners, suppliers, and site logistics, and ensuring that work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards. You will also champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and conducting site inspections and hazard assessments. As the primary on-site representative, you will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintain daily reporting and documentation, and foster a positive work environment. Additionally, you will support lean construction practices and mentor junior staff.
