Site Superintendent

Job Title: Site Superintendent Location: Greater Toronto Area Sector: Infrastructure Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 (depending on experience) We are seeking a qualified Site Superintendent to oversee operations on a project site. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of workers while effectively managing all aspects of site activities. Responsibilities include monitoring field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with design plans and regulations. The Superintendent will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients, providing leadership on safety and planning daily activities to meet project timelines and objectives. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of five years of relevant experience, with a background in a journeyman trade being beneficial. Candidates should have experience managing projects valued between $10 million and $200 million and possess strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication in English, both oral and written, is essential. Familiarity with contract documents, specifications, and project schedules is required, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.
