Service Sales and Estimating

A growing mechanical services contractor is seeking a Service Sales and Estimating professional to join its Victoria team. This newly created role reports to service leadership and will play an important part in a busy department supporting commercial, industrial, multi-family, and residential service work. The successful candidate will prepare repair and service quotations, review job requirements with technicians, and coordinate pricing, proposal preparation, and follow-up. You will work closely with property managers, building owners, and internal teams to support client needs and ensure timely estimate turnaround. Occasional site visits may be required to review scopes and gather information for quotes. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys relationship-building, sales support, estimating, and working in a team-oriented environment. You will help identify opportunities for additional service work while maintaining strong customer service and responsiveness. The role offers exposure to a wide range of mechanical service projects and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of a developing service department. Candidates should bring experience in mechanical service, HVAC, construction, estimating, or service coordination. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with quoting or service sales is an asset. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. The role is office-based with some hybrid flexibility as needed. Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000, plus an uncapped performance-based bonus, with initial variable compensation estimated at $10,000 to $15,000 annually.
