We are seeking a Service Operations Manager to help establish and grow a commercial service function across North America. This is a hands-on position focused on improving day-to-day service delivery, supporting operational workflows, and helping the team scale efficiently in a technology-enabled environment.
The right candidate will bring practical experience in service coordination, dispatch, facilities support, or field operations. This role requires someone who can stay organized in a fast-moving setting, communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners, and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include coordinating service activities, strengthening operational processes, and supporting the expansion of a service organization as it grows. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure service operations run smoothly and consistently.
This is a hybrid role and is well suited for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and direct involvement in daily execution. Experience in a related operations or coordination role is preferred, along with a strong ability to manage priorities and maintain structure in an evolving environment.
