Service Estimator

An established mechanical services team is seeking a Service Estimator to join its growing office operation. This role focuses on preparing quotes for repair and service work across a mix of commercial, residential, and multi-unit properties. It is a new position within a busy department and reports to service leadership. The right person will enjoy working with clients, coordinating internally with field staff, and helping convert service requests into accurate estimates and proposals. You will communicate with property managers and building owners, gather scope information, and help keep pricing and follow-up activity moving efficiently. Occasional site visits may be part of the role to better understand service needs and support quoting. This position suits someone with experience in estimating, service coordination, construction, or mechanical trades who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work well with both office and field teams are important. Exposure to HVAC or mechanical services is an asset, but not essential. The workplace is collaborative and fast paced, with some flexibility for hybrid work. Compensation includes a base salary in the $60,000 to $70,000 range, along with performance-based bonus potential and strong opportunities for growth.
