A full-time, ongoing opportunity is available for a Senior Work Integrated Learning Placement Officer specializing in contracts and budget management. This role is part of an Academic Support Unit, focusing on the effective delivery of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) through governance, contract management, and financial oversight.
Key responsibilities include managing WIL contractual agreements and compliance processes, coordinating placement-related financial procedures, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with academic staff, students, and external host organizations to ensure efficient contract management and accurate monitoring of placement fees.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree with experience in a tertiary or similar environment, along with demonstrated expertise in WIL program administration, compliance, contracts, and governance frameworks. Strong organizational skills, experience in contract management and budgeting, and high-level communication abilities are essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement and client service are also important.
Salary for this position ranges from $95,986 to $103,873 per annum, plus superannuation.
