Senior UXUI Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive web platforms and digital products. This role is well suited to someone who is a strong problem solver, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with product, development, and stakeholder teams to align on goals and deliverables, solve design challenges, and create visually engaging experiences that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives. Responsibilities include contributing to design systems, producing rapid prototypes, supporting product design through research and iteration, and sharing design best practices with the team. You will also conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research, using insights and data to inform design decisions. Requirements include 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, strong visual design skills, and proficiency with Figma or similar tools. You should have experience with responsive design, accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines, and taking ownership of product features from concept through delivery. Strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret user data and analytics, and experience with A/B testing are important. Familiarity with design systems and AI tools for ideation or content support is preferred. Bonus experience includes e-commerce or checkout flows, basic frontend knowledge, and website builder tools.
