Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to help shape digital products for web and mobile experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to turn business needs and user insights into clear, effective design solutions. You should be comfortable solving complex design problems, moving quickly in a collaborative environment, and communicating ideas with confidence. Your work will include designing interfaces that are both attractive and easy to use, contributing to and improving design systems, and creating prototypes to test ideas early. You will also participate in user research, review competitor and market trends, and use findings from analytics and testing to guide design decisions. A strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices is important. The ideal candidate brings several years of relevant experience, strong visual design skills, and proficiency with common design tools. You should be able to take a feature from early concept through delivery, refine your work based on feedback, and maintain close attention to detail. Experience with data-informed design, usability testing, and experimentation is highly valued. Familiarity with front-end basics, website builders, or AI-supported design workflows would be an asset.
