Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer who excels in managing complex product areas. This role requires an autonomous individual who can take ownership of projects from conception to completion, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual design, and final asset hand-off. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly understand intricate concepts and independently manage design timelines while collaborating with product managers and developers. Key responsibilities include translating technical and data-heavy concepts into clear user workflows, advocating for user needs through research and data, and maintaining a design system for consistency and efficiency. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in product/UX design, particularly in a SaaS environment, with strong expertise in information architecture and high-fidelity UI. Proficiency in Figma and FigJam is essential, along with experience in an Agile environment. The ability to communicate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. Fluency in both French and English is required. The compensation package includes a base salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 CAD, bonus potential, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, and a supportive work environment that fosters innovation and personal growth.
