Senior Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced technical recruiter to support growth across a fast-scaling technology organization. In this role, you will focus on building strong pipelines for highly specialized engineering and hardware-related talent, with an emphasis on hard-to-find profiles in competitive markets. You will work closely with leadership and hiring partners to clarify role needs, shape recruiting strategy, and move searches forward efficiently. Your responsibilities will include proactive sourcing, outreach, and relationship-building with candidates, along with maintaining a thoughtful and consistent candidate experience throughout the process. You should be comfortable using a range of modern sourcing methods, including direct networking, industry events, and other creative talent attraction approaches. This position also involves partnering across teams to help support hiring goals as the company continues to grow. The ideal candidate has several years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in technical sourcing and recruitment. Experience hiring for robotics, autonomy, hardware, or similar technical disciplines is highly valued. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and experience in a fast-paced startup environment are also important. Exposure to go-to-market hiring would be considered an asset. Compensation for this role is expected to fall within CA$115K to CA$160K.
