Senior Technical Recruiter, Robotics

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with expertise in sourcing talent within the fields of autonomy, robotics, and hardware. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building a high-performing team as the organization expands its operations in major markets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and attract top talent in a competitive landscape. - Collaborate closely with leadership and recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. - Enhance the overall candidate experience through effective communication and support. - Employ innovative sourcing methods, including networking, events, and marketing initiatives. Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing and creative talent acquisition strategies. - Demonstrated success in recruiting technical professionals in robotics, autonomy, and hardware. - Experience in hiring for go-to-market roles (sales, operations, etc.) is a plus. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever. - Background in fast-growing and rapidly scaling startups is preferred. Compensation is competitive and ranges from CA$115K to CA$160K.
