Senior Technical Recruiter, Robotics

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with expertise in sourcing talent within the fields of robotics, autonomy, and hardware. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building a high-performing team as the organization expands its operations in major markets. Key responsibilities include sourcing top-tier candidates in a competitive landscape, collaborating closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, and aligning sourcing strategies accordingly. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring a positive and comprehensive candidate experience. Innovative sourcing techniques, such as networking, events, and marketing, will be essential in attracting the best talent. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly in sourcing and creatively attracting technical talent in robotics and related fields. A proven track record in successfully recruiting for technical roles is essential, with additional experience in hiring go-to-market positions being a plus. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and experience in fast-growing startups will be advantageous. Compensation for this role ranges from CA$115K to CA$160K, with additional benefits offered.
