Senior Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a senior product leader to own a key customer workflow area from end to end. This role focuses on how external users interact with the platform across portal experiences, operational workflows, and automated assistance features. It is a hands-on position for someone who can move easily between product thinking, technical detail, research, and delivery. In this role, you will shape the roadmap for your domain, define clear requirements, and work closely with engineering, data, and design partners to turn ideas into usable product improvements. You will also help evaluate and introduce AI-enabled capabilities, such as workflow automation, recommendations, search, and other intelligent features that improve user outcomes and reduce manual effort. A strong candidate will be comfortable running lightweight customer discovery, reviewing usage data, testing prototypes, and translating feedback into practical next steps. You should be able to balance speed, quality, scalability, and cost while making thoughtful trade-offs. This team values people who take initiative, communicate clearly, and can work in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership. The ideal background includes experience with technical product management, customer-facing platforms, workflow optimization, and collaboration across product, engineering, and analytics teams. Familiarity with AI-assisted product development is helpful, along with the ability to apply new tools and methods to accelerate execution.
