Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles. This position will partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, source strong candidates, manage interview processes, and support offer decisions. The right person will also help improve recruiting workflows, strengthen candidate experience, and contribute to building effective teams as the organization grows. This role is well suited to someone with at least five years of recruiting experience, including direct sourcing, applicant tracking system management, and end-to-end hiring support. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment and adapt to changing priorities. The position follows a hybrid work model and offers a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000. Competitive benefits are also available.
