Senior Superintendent

An experienced senior construction leader is needed to oversee multiple building and infrastructure projects in Saskatchewan. This role involves coordinating site operations, guiding field teams, and working closely with project management, site supervision, consultants, and clients to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contract requirements. Key duties include helping develop project schedules, reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying constructability concerns, and flagging design issues or omissions to the project team. The successful candidate will support regular site meetings, monitor progress against the schedule, and help keep labour, material, and equipment costs under control. A strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance with applicable workplace regulations is essential. The position also includes coordination of testing and inspections, as well as support with monthly forecasting and reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive superintendent experience on commercial, infrastructure, and new-build projects, along with strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. A construction-related education is an asset, and trade certification or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency with common office software is expected.
