Senior Site Superintendent

We are seeking a Senior Site Superintendent for a permanent, full-time position based in London, ON, with some travel required to Waterloo, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all site activities and coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, and controlling construction projects from inception to completion. The Senior Site Superintendent will supervise the general labor force, subcontractors, and staff while promoting a safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Collaboration with the project management team to meet project targets and milestones is essential, along with updating the master project schedule as needed. Candidates should possess a university or college degree in Construction Management or a related field, with proven experience leading full project cycles in a similar role. Strong leadership, attention to detail, decision-making skills, and effective communication abilities are required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 to $160,000 per year, with benefits including a performance bonus program, paid vacation, comprehensive health and dental coverage, and additional perks.
