Senior Site Superintendent

We are seeking a Senior Site Superintendent to oversee all construction activities on-site and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. This is a permanent, full-time position based in London, with occasional travel to Waterloo. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, and controlling construction projects from inception to completion. You will supervise the general labor force, subcontractors, and subordinate staff while promoting a safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Collaboration with the Project Management team will be essential to meet project targets and milestones, and you will also be responsible for updating the master project schedule. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management or a related field, with proven experience as a Site Superintendent in residential development. Strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, decision-making skills, and excellent communication are critical for success in this role. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 annually, with benefits including a performance bonus program, paid vacation, comprehensive health and dental coverage, and additional perks.
