Senior Scada Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in SCADA systems to lead utility-scale renewable energy projects, specifically in wind and solar sectors. The successful candidate will oversee the full range of civil, electrical, substation, transmission, and SCADA design services, including site planning and construction support. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing project schedules and budgets, and coordinating multiple teams to ensure project performance meets expectations. The role also involves mentoring project managers and coordinators, developing technical proposals, and ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on renewable energy, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering consulting. A Professional Engineer license, PMP certification, and experience in electrical utilities and renewable energy systems are essential. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse personalities.
