Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced outside sales professional with a strong background in B2B selling and account growth. This role is focused on developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and positioning a broad range of print and visual communication solutions to clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have proven success in prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing deals without relying on inbound leads. Experience in one or more areas such as labels, large-format graphics, trade show displays, commercial print, or branded merchandise is valuable, but deep expertise across every category is not required. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing prospects, preparing quotes and presentations, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting revenue goals. You will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, learning their needs, budgets, and timelines, then coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Regular follow-up, relationship management, and opportunities for upselling will be key parts of the role. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, travel locally as needed, and maintain accurate CRM records.
