Senior Sales Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our CRM system, assisting with event coordination, managing wholesaler commission reporting, and contributing to various administrative tasks. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to provide actionable insights and enhance sales processes. Key responsibilities include managing mutual fund event approvals and dealer communications, ensuring compliance with sales practice limits, preparing and submitting quarterly commission reports, organizing national events and roadshows, responding to advisor and investor inquiries, and managing promotional item inventory. You will also maintain and update CRM dashboards and reports, identify system improvements, manage leads, and assist with data clean-up. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role. Strong proficiency in CRM systems, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and effective communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with compliance requirements and experience in event coordination are preferred.
