Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to support hiring for a growing operations-focused team. In this role, you will help attract and assess strong candidates for field-based positions as the organization expands into new locations and scales its workforce. You will work closely with company leadership and internal hiring partners to understand staffing needs, define search strategies, and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified talent. A key part of the role is identifying candidates in a competitive market and using creative outreach methods to connect with people who may not be actively looking. You will also help ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey from first contact through offer stage. The right candidate has several years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and filling operational or field roles such as technicians, operators, or similar hands-on positions. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is important, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools. Compensation for this role is CA$90K to CA$120K.
