Senior Recruiter

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to support hiring for specialized roles in supply chain and technology consulting. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto with a hybrid schedule. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead and is suited to someone who enjoys owning searches from start to finish in a fast-moving, highly specialized environment. In this position, you will lead recruitment for hard-to-fill roles across implementation, operations, and supply chain consulting. You will work closely with hiring leaders to refine job requirements, assess market conditions, and build effective sourcing strategies. A key part of the job is screening candidates for genuine depth of experience, especially in complex, technical, and client-facing roles. You will manage the full recruiting process, including sourcing, candidate outreach, interview coordination, ATS updates, and preparing materials for hiring teams. You will also use modern tools and AI-supported workflows to reduce administrative work and focus your time on judgment, relationship-building, and search strategy. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for niche professional roles, can handle multiple searches at once, and is comfortable pushing back when market reality requires a different approach. Strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently are important for success in this role.
