Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring for a specialized technology and consulting organization in Toronto. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the office and is being hired on a full-time, permanent basis. In this position, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for hard-to-fill roles within implementation, consulting, and supply chain-related functions. You will work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, challenge assumptions where needed, and provide clear market insight on talent availability and candidate quality. The role requires a hands-on recruiter who can independently run searches, assess niche technical and delivery experience, and keep multiple processes moving efficiently. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, screening for relevant depth of experience, improving stalled searches, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS accuracy, and supporting candidate presentation and communication. You will also handle the practical side of recruiting, including scheduling and vendor coordination.
