Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring for specialized delivery and consulting roles within a fast-moving technology and operations environment. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto with a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will manage searches from start to finish, working closely with leaders to understand hiring needs, refine role requirements, and guide decisions based on market conditions. The focus will be on hard-to-fill positions tied to implementation, systems, and supply chain-related work, so success depends on strong sourcing, thoughtful screening, and the ability to assess real depth of experience beyond a resume. You will also monitor search progress, identify where roles are getting stuck, and adjust the approach when needed. This is a hands-on recruiting role that includes candidate outreach, interview coordination, ATS updates, vendor communication, and polished presentation of candidate materials. Because the team is lean, you should be comfortable balancing strategic work with day-to-day execution and using modern tools to move efficiently. The ideal candidate brings confidence in working with technical or specialized hiring managers, a direct and consultative style, and the judgment to hold a high hiring bar while keeping searches moving.
