Senior Recruiter, Field Operations

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter for Field Operations to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building a high-performing team as we expand our presence in major airports. Key responsibilities include sourcing top talent in a competitive market, collaborating closely with leadership and the operations team to understand hiring needs, and developing effective sourcing strategies. You will be responsible for generating a robust pipeline of quality candidates and ensuring a positive and comprehensive candidate experience. Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques such as networking, events, and marketing will be essential to attract the best talent. The ideal candidate will have over three years of recruiting experience, particularly in sourcing and creatively attracting talent. A proven track record in successfully recruiting for field operations roles, such as operators and technicians, is required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is essential, and experience in fast-growing and rapidly scaling environments is preferred. Compensation for this position ranges from CA$90,000 to CA$120,000.
