Senior React Developer

We are seeking a Senior React Developer to join our software technology team. This hybrid position can be performed remotely or in-office and is suitable for candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The annual salary for this role ranges from CA$85,000 to CA$115,000. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for web products using the React framework. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for frontend development, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing scalable frontend solutions, ensuring code quality and performance, providing estimates for new features, and collaborating with QA teams to develop automated tests. You will also engage with project managers to establish timelines and expectations for deliverables. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with extensive experience in frontend web development using technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript. Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment are essential.
