Senior Property Manager

An experienced property management professional is needed to oversee a commercial real estate portfolio and support strong service delivery for clients, tenants, and other stakeholders. In this role, you will take responsibility for daily portfolio operations, financial oversight, tenant engagement, building performance, and selected capital improvements. Key duties include managing the routine operations of the portfolio, maintaining positive relationships with clients, occupants, vendors, and colleagues, and overseeing budgets, reporting, and forecasting activities. You will also coordinate capital work, guide preventative maintenance efforts, and support the overall performance of the assets. In addition, this position involves leading and mentoring site-based staff and administrative team members while identifying opportunities to improve processes and results. The ideal candidate brings extensive commercial property management experience, along with a current provincial rental property management licence. Experience with office, retail, or industrial properties is preferred. Strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership ability are important. Familiarity with modern property management software is considered an asset.
