Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end online research projects and support the teams involved throughout the full delivery cycle. In this role, you will work closely with clients, internal specialists, and external partners to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within agreed expectations. You will manage a range of digital research assignments, including sample-only work, full-service studies, product use tests, and discussion board projects. The position requires strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and a solid understanding of web-based data collection and research operations. You will be expected to anticipate client needs, provide practical recommendations, and resolve issues before they affect delivery. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day project progress, maintaining quality standards, checking survey materials for accuracy, supporting feasibility reviews, and monitoring budgets and project parameters. You will also help align multiple stakeholders, share information across teams, and contribute to a collaborative working environment. To succeed in this role, you should have several years of project management experience, ideally within market research or a similar service environment, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
